For a few weeks now, specifically since we can go outside to walk for a few minutes, the world has been divided. Early risers have appeared, stealing hours from sleep to walk the streets listening to their surroundings stretch; and on the other hand, walkers have emerged who linger and wait for the end of the day, to clear their minds with a dose of exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whatever time we choose, we have the great possibility of attending two unique moments of the day: sunrise and sunset. And since we can only see one of the two, at least from the street, we thought that it was best to make the most of the moment, and contemplate them from one of the spectacular viewpoints that we propose below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Prayer Well Viewpoint (Arenas de Cabrales):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From this Asturian road stop we can observe one of the most spectacular sunrises on the Iberian Peninsula. An unprecedented natural wonder, which once observed, is unforgettable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And when the sun gains enough strength, and the weather conditions allow it, we can see the unmistakable profile of the Urriellu peak, crying out for attention from the rest of the mountain, and surrounded by an orange halo that gives a certain mystical air to this well-known beak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Viewpoint of the dunes of Maspalomas (Gran Canaria):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this case we propose that you witness a dreamlike sunset. We invite you to sit on the bench closest to this sea of fine wavy sand, while you relax, and let the enchanting Canarian breeze caress your face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don't miss a minute of this show, because in just half an hour, you will contemplate the contrast of lights that is generated when night falls, the vibrant light that the sand gives off minutes before being engulfed by darkness, and of course, the disturbing tranquility in which the dunes are submerged once the afternoon has overcome the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A perfect ending to relax and put an end to a day full of activity in the beautiful Fortunate Islands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Mirador Del Valle (Toledo):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On this occasion, we invite you to choose a time to go to this beautiful viewpoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A place that, despite how busy it always is, seems like something out of a movie, and not only because of its incredible beauty; but also, because detained here, we will be silent witnesses of the greatness that rises above the streets of Toledo. And because we make this stop before or after visiting the city, once a few minutes have passed, we will feel the urgent need to walk its cobbled streets a thousand times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Hanging Bridge Square (Getxo):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If by chance you are in Basque lands, you cannot miss this sunset. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To put yourself in a situation, we suggest that you imagine that the day is ending. You, sitting in front of this metal colossus (included in the select list of World Heritage buildings), concentrate on the swaying of the ferry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As night falls and the lights come on, the faces of the travelers boarding the ferry become clearer, some tired, others expectant, and others simply bored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you want to spend an afternoon admiring this wonderful work as much as we do?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Bench dedicated to Antonio Gaud\u00ed in El Capricho (Comillas):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We cannot deny that Comillas is one of our favorite destinations, full of magic, spectacular corners, and where every bite is a delight. And of course, we couldn't fail to include it in our recommendations of the best sunsets. We could have chosen several locations, because the truth is that this coastal town exudes beauty, but we have decided to select the one that, in our opinion, is the most unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommend that you sit next to the enigmatic Antonio Gaud\u00ed, who after many years of frenetic creation, now resides in the garden, and while you get used to his presence, let your eyes wander around this spectacular building while the sun sets, and the lights Dim lights illuminate this sublime space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Bench at the San Nicol\u00e1s viewpoint (Granada):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

7. Collado Jermoso Shelter (Posada de Valde\u00f3n):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Contemplating this sunrise will take effort, and not only because you get up early, but because climbing the two thousand meters that separate it from civilization is not an easy task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But if you are brave enough, or crazy enough, once you are at the top, you will realize that the climb has been worth it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are sure that seeing you surround yourself with a sea of clouds, while you contemplate the immensity, will brighten your day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Mentidero del Castillo de los Sarmiento (Fuentes de Valdepero):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this movie sunset roundup, this is our only selection of a bench that is located indoors. And if we have included it, it is because we think that watching a sunset with the echo of hundreds of years of history is a worthwhile activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This stone bench, which you will find in the famous Sarmiento castle, was the favorite place of young people for courtships and for confidences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A secluded refuge, hidden in a dream castle, that will most likely encourage you to make confidences in the dim light of twilight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Las Biescas Viewpoint (Ria\u00f1o):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The panoramic views obtained from this viewpoint are dreamlike. And it's not just us who think about it. The city council of the Leonese town itself has selected this specific point to place a viewpoint from which you can get some not inconsiderable views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But if you want to see the sunrise from this bench with views of the mountain, you will have to get up early, because it is one of the most visited places in Ria\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Banks of the mouth of Arroyo Valderrey (Zamora):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We couldn't finish this article without including one of the most beautiful locations from which to watch the sunset in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The benches placed at the mouth of the Valderrey stream are not only a strategic point for observing flora and fauna, but they have also become one of the perfect locations to contemplate nightfall over Zamora lands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
